The Board of Directors

 

The affairs of the Corporation are managed and controlled by the Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD is made up of homeowner volunteers who are elected annually by the HOA voting members at the annual meeting.

 

The BOD has oversight responsibility for association finances, property management, and all other   responsibilities of the HOA. The BOD has the legal responsibility to enforce the provisions in all property covenants.

 

The BOD hires the property manager, landscape maintenance company, irrigation service company, and other service and repair contractors as may be necessary.

 

The BOD regularly inspects the exterior of all buildings to provide an attractive community of well-maintained homes.
