Q.   Who picks up bulk trash at Pagewood Townhouses?
A.   The City of Dallas picks up the bulk trash.

Q.  When and how often is bulk trash picked up? 
A.   Bulk trash is picked up once per month on the third Monday of the month.  see schedule

 

Q.  When can I set bulk trash out for pick up? 
A.  You may set your bulk trash items at the curb or sidewalk no later than Monday morning of the week it is scheduled to be picked up and no earlier than 7:00 am Thursday morning. 

 

Q.  What do I do if I miss the regular pick up or if I have construction or remodeling materials that bulk trash won't pick up? 
A.  If you miss the regular pick up or you have construction or remodeling materials that bulk trash won't pick up call 3-1-1 to schedule a Cost Plus service pick up. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  The City can pick it up any day of the scheduled week.  Therefore, it is very important that you put your items out by Monday.  If the City picks up your trash on Monday afternoon and you put your items on the sidewalk on Tuesday, your neighbors will have to look at your trash for a month.  DO NOT put bulk trash items on the lawn, it will damage the grass and the City will not pick it up from the lawn.

Watering Schedule

 

Q.   When do we water?
A.   We water on Wednesday and Saturday.  We can only water on these days because of the City's watering restrictions.

Q.  What do you do if you don't think your area is being watered? 
A.   If you think your area isn't being watered, report it to the property manager.

Q.  What do you do if you see a broken sprinkler head or water shooting into the air? 
A.  If you see a broken sprinkler head or water shooting into the air, report it to the property manager.
